The master plan of Providence represents an artist’s conception of the development as of July 2006. No warranty or final representation of intended use, designed or proposed improvements is made by the map. The land is subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions or Restrictions of providence and other easements recorded in the Register of Deeds Office for Wilson County, Tennessee. According to the Declaration, which may be amended from time to time, Providence is intended to be developed in stages or phases. All plans for use are subject to change without notices and nothing presented in this plan shall obligate owner or any other entity, public or private, to construct facilities or develop land as shown. The site of proposed middle school represents land on which the Mt. Juliet School Board holds an option. No decision has been made to build the school. For exact details, consult the final recorded plat.
